Designed specifically for new and expecting mothers, the Private Mommy & Me Workshop brings essential infant safety and CPR education directly to your home.
This personalized, instructor-led session provides mothers and their loved ones with practical knowledge and hands-on training to help them feel more confident caring for a newborn or young child. In a comfortable and relaxed setting, participants will learn how to recognize and respond to common infant emergencies, including choking and breathing emergencies, while gaining valuable tips on infant safety and preparedness.
Whether you are preparing for your first baby or welcoming another addition to your family, this private workshop offers peace of mind and lifesaving knowledge for those who matter most.

- This is a family education program and is not a certification course.
- No American Heart Association provider card will be issued upon completion of this program.
- Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
