This American Heart Association Family & Friends® CPR course is designed for families, parents, grandparents, caregivers, babysitters, nannies, and anyone who wants to learn how to respond confidently during a medical emergency involving an adult, child, or infant.
Led by an American Heart Association Instructor, this hands-on training teaches essential CPR, AED awareness, and choking relief skills using the AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching™ method. Participants will gain practical knowledge and confidence in a relaxed, family-friendly environment without the pressure of testing or certification requirements.

- This is a community education program and is not a certification course.
- No American Heart Association provider card will be issued upon completion of this program.
- Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
